WHO I AM
My first experience developing leaders was when I was a 13 year old Scout and took a leadership development course. As Scouts, you pass along the knowledge to the younger kids and the act of learning, giving back, and seeing people develop and succeed sparked an interest in people development that hasn’t left. After studying Organizational Psychology, I can combine the enthusiasm and Art in developing people with the evidence and Science that comes from years of research.
MY VISION
People spend 40+ years of their lives building their careers. With twists and turns, new opportunities, new skills, and new demands along the way, organizations are expecting more out of their people than ever, and I would love to help them navigate this challenge. By having one foot in academia and one in the business world, I can help individuals and organizations get the most out of their talent.
